The following policies apply to all programs:Program Fee PolicyProgram fees are due in full upon acceptance or confirmation into the selected program. You may pay by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Refer to individual program pages for fee information. Cancel, Transfer and Substitution PolicySee our Cancellation, Transfer and Substitution Policy Lodging PolicyThe "Full Fee" option, if available, includes lodging through 11 a.m. on the last day of the program. For programs that start before noon, lodging includes the night before the program starts. If you need additional nights' lodging, please contact our Customer Service department in advance to check room availability, pricing, and to make your reservation for the extra nights. You will be required to pay for extra nights when you check out from your hotel. The "Tuition-Only Fee" includes tuition, instructional materials, and coffee breaks each day. Continuing Education CreditsMany national, state, and local licensing boards and professional organizations will grant Continuing Education (CEU) credit for attendance at our seminars when you submit the course outline and proof of attendance (your Certificate of Completion). Contact your own board or organization to find out what's required. We'll be happy to provide you with documentation on the content and length of the course. Just ask the Program Assistant while you are here, or contact a customer service representative. Occasionally, Executive Education may send you e-mail notifications of new programs, conferences, and services, or updates on current programs. You may indicate your preference to receive these or not through your profile, available online if you create a login account. See My Profile, or log in from any page in our web site.
