Achieving Meaningful, Customized Results
"With the upcoming changes at Dubai Holding, we needed to prepare our high-potential leaders to implement and support desired culture change across the organization. We chose the Ross School of Business Executive Education Program to design and implement a program that catered to our specific needs. Working with U-M EE and Professor Kim Cameron, we designed a workshop focusing on two things: how we measure organizational culture and how leaders transform and lead cultural change through positive leadership. An action learning module was a strong component of our program, with participants, managers, peers, and direct reports completing an organizational culture diagnostic on our company. The group analyzed the results, then using the data created action teams to drive change at Dubai Holding and the business entities in the areas identified by the diagnostic tool. These teams presented the outcomes of their project at the completion of the program to our company's senior leadership team, who commented the projects were a clear example of positive leadership in action. The program feedback has been informative; helping the company's future leaders build a network of the needed resources to meet the laid out business and culture change objectives, while also identifying business synergy opportunities. The insights our program participants gained from the two-day program are definitely helping them define their leadership roles and support our culture transformation through positive actions. The resulting change is evident all around us."Learn more about co-creating a Custom Program that meets the needs of your organization, with U-M Executive Education, and help your people make a change at work..
