The University of Michigan's schools of Business and Medicine collaborate to offer a management program for healthcare leaders in six two-day modules that make it easier for clinicians and senior administrators to fit into busy work schedules.

Each module requires only a two-day commitment, making it easier for busy physicians and healthcare professionals to fit into their schedules. Each module consists of a presentation of the theoretical framework of the topic, specific examples, and a participant workshop.
