Positive Leadership: Building Extraordinary Leadership Capabilities program is one of three Ross School of Business leadership development and management training courses based on the Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) discipline, developed by University of Michigan faculty and named one of the "Top 20 Breakthrough Ideas for 2004" by Harvard Business Review. POS argues that managers who practice "positive deviance" are able to create extraordinary results by unleashing greater human potential from the people who report to them as well as their peers within the organization. This business management program teaches you how to apply POS principles and frameworks to develop positive leadership capabilities in yourself and others.
