General Overview
Change the game using proven organizational practices from the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship at Michigan's Ross School of Business. If you are responsible for leading an organization through change or for significantly improving results, this program is for you. The unique and engaging learning experience will change your perspective on leadership and equip you with organizational change practices to address quality, globalization, customers, talent innovation and efficiency—all with the aim of enabling you to lead your organization to Positively Deviant Performance. And a follow-up Web-based session with the faculty helps ensure that you implement your plan successfully.
Takeaways
Organizations that are "positively deviant" are able to leave their industry norm to create
extraordinary results by unleashing greater human potential from their employees. During this intensive
five-day course, you will learn principles and concepts that are fundamental to developing positive leadership
capabilities in yourself and others. As you build your understanding of these new frameworks, you will
gain more clarity about what you believe and your ability to withstand the pressures to conform that can
inhibit your progress as an effective, positive manager.
