General Overview
Our Executive Program isn't for the faint of heart, and it certainly isn't for the mediocre. This intense, content-rich program provides a deep and comprehensive understanding of management and leadership across all areas of business. In our program, you learn to adapt to challenges quickly, explore policies, think more critically and update your management skills and styles to lead your company to compete in the global marketplace. Throughout the program, your learning is enriched by engaging analyses, provocative discussions, group presentations and computer simulations—with you as an active leader of your own learning process.
Takeaways
As the rules of competition shift in virtually every industry, a "new game" has emerged. Corporate strategy is no longer a linear progression from point A to point B; it is now best viewed as a holistic,
multidimensional process that seeks to create value in every facet of the organization. As your organization responds to this strategic "inflection point," your management skills must be updated
and expanded to lead your company to compete successfully. Exploring the issues, policies and competitive factors that are driving today's business decisions, The Executive Program will help you:
- Enhance your strategic decision-making ability to improve your competitiveness and add value
for all of your stakeholders
- Provide an interdisciplinary perspective within an international scope that integrates markets,
competition, and organizational issues
- Investigate key issues and develop specific action plans pertinent to your organization
Program participants return to their organizations re-energized and equipped with new strategies and tools to lead their organizations to success in the new global competitive environment.
