We will also look at how we leverage your business vision and strategy but influencing the system for prioritizing projects and managing resources. We will cover all nine areas of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), which is an internationally recognized standard. It also addresses the challenges of complex projects and geographically dispersed multi-cultural teams working across functional and geographical boundaries.
Leading Strategic Projects-Hong Kong also covers the eight steps of successful project management including creating a project vision, strategy and measurable objectives, as well as techniques for mastering scheduling including various tools that help you to succeed (Examples: PERT, critical path networks, Gantt charts) and the overall project plan.
