General Overview
This program is about connecting the dots of innovation from ideation to commercialization. It focuses on how to make innovation happen throughout the enterprise. It introduces the participant to new and powerful ideas about innovation from a variety of disciplines. We will also explore how traditional ideas about innovation are being challenged and changed by the likes of crowd sourcing, idea markets, and Wikinomics. Each day will be a combination of cases, conversations, exercises and an innovation lab practicum to see what really works.
Takeaways
This program will give participants the frameworks and methods to develop an integrated innovation management system including how to diagnose and develop your organization's innovation capabilities and culture, develop effective strategies and processes for innovation, rapidly develop winning products and services, measure and manage portfolios, leverage new technology, create collaborative innovation networks, and bring innovations to market.
