Leadership Success for Mid-Level Managers was formerly titled Management II. This new program offers updated program content and a new focus on the challenges facing middle managers.

This unique Ross School of Business management training program is designed to meet the needs of the modern manager and aspiring leader now and into the future. With an overall objective of teaching mid-level executives new, more effective strategies for capitalizing on human potential, the course content focuses on developing a leadership mindset, coaching and counseling for peak performance, and fostering the power of working together. In preparation for assuming greater, more general management responsibilities, program participants also explore how to promote emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships, motivate performance enhancement, manage change and create the future through imagination.

This five-day program begins with an examination of your individual management style and moves to an interactive group process. A brief individual consultation session with the faculty on selected evenings during the program will provide you with suggestions and recommendations for your management style.
