Overview

The Human Resource Executive Program prepares human resource managers to become strategic partners in creating and implementing successful business-focused HR strategies. Participants learn human resource techniques and skills that contribute to a firm's competitive advantage. They also identify how professionals assume leadership roles within their organizations, and learn state-of-the-art techniques for human resource management.

Who Should Attend Human Resource Executive Program-Singapore

Upper/middle human resource managers responsible for establishing policy at corporate or divisional levels of major corporations or the policy-making head of human resource functions in smaller companies. Participants should be familiar with human resource areas and be ready to adopt new perspectives. The program is also geared toward line executives who need to develop and refine their human resource management skills.

Unique Features

Teams will participate in projects to apply classroom concepts to specific situations likely to be faced by human resource management professionals. These projects will be developed during several late afternoon sessions. Teams will present their analyses and recommendations by the end of the program.

Program Focus

The Human Resource Executive Program is designed as an intensive five-day course that includes evening work. Core faculty members utilize a number of different learning approaches: best practices sharing, discussions, individual learning, and practical application.
