DAY 1 in the Talent Management in Healthcare program focuses on strategic planning for talent management, identifying your workforce management philosophy, and assessing short-term and long-term needs for talent at various levels and in various units. Customizing hiring, evaluation and development practices for a diverse workforce in complex organizations are also explored.
DAY 2 covers how to create conditions for total workforce engagement, how to identify and develop high-potential individuals for leadership roles, and how to craft an action plan for talent management that is aligned with your strategic vision and required competencies. |
