Who Should Attend Healthcare Talent Management

Physician, nurse leaders and senior administrative executives in health systems, hospitals, medical schools, group practices and other healthcare organizations will benefit from the business strategies and leadership development skills presented. Positions of attendees may include but are not limited to: CMO, Department/Division Chair or Chief, CEO, President, CFO, COO, or Department Administrator.

DAY 1 in the Talent Management in Healthcare program focuses on strategic planning for talent management, identifying your workforce management philosophy, and assessing short-term and long-term needs for talent at various levels and in various units. Customizing hiring, evaluation and development practices for a diverse workforce in complex organizations are also explored.

DAY 2 covers how to create conditions for total workforce engagement, how to identify and develop high-potential individuals for leadership roles, and how to craft an action plan for talent management that is aligned with your strategic vision and required competencies.
