Family businesses have unique dynamics and challenges quite unlike those in public corporations, and understanding these issues is essential for the continued growth of the company and for developing the next generation of leaders. This management development program provides insights into the critical issues facing family-owned and other private firms, as well as innovative concepts for successfully building and running the family business.
