You're already a high-potential executive. Do you have what it takes to raise your organization to the next level? With Business Acumen for High-Potential Leaders, you will. With this program, you'll be able to quickly size up a business situation, make a sound decision and place your organization in a better position to achieve its goals. You'll also be a more confident leader through the application of our business acumen framework, which allows for better understanding of the foundations of every asset within your organization.

You will strengthen your business acumen and strategic thinking through the exploration of various business models, leadership skills and management processes. This program encourages the exchanging of new ideas, state-of-the-art concepts and best practices among faculty and peers from a variety of companies, organizations and countries. Small-group projects and analyses will help develop your critical thinking skills and provide you with entrepreneurial evaluation skills that will allow you to evaluate new business opportunities while strengthening your own.

Takeaways

This program provides participants with an innovative model to help them understand how companies create value in the marketplace and offers a comprehensive way of exploring business issues and opportunities. As participants gain practice with the business model, they develop insights and entrepreneurial skills to evaluate, develop and manage new business opportunities to achieve sustainable growth and shareholder value.
