This is not a typical coaching program on how to deal with employee performance deficits. In two and a half days of engaging, interactive learning, you¿ll experience firsthand new, positive ways to work one-on-one with employees to build on their individual strengths and create a team of top performers. A unique post-program follow-up and support process helps reinforce the learning and successful application of the program concepts. After six weeks, a one-hour group conference call will be held to share participant experiences and continue building a network of POS-committed coaches.
