Kate DCamp





A recognized leader in Human Resources, Kate DCamp has more than 25 years of human resource and business experience building high performance organizations. Kate currently serves as an advisor to companies and boards on human capital strategy, leadership development and succession, governance, and executive compensation and contract matters. Kate is a member of the Board of Directors of Technology Solutions Corporation, a Nasdaq listed company (TSCC.)

Kate previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Cisco Systems, Inc., where she was charged with building a development culture to create a sustainable and agile supply of leadership and talent. Kate introduced deep talent reviews and succession planning, executive and management development and an award winning "Cisco University" effort. Kate optimized the leverage of Cisco's e-HR platform to add most HR processes, thereby allowing HR staff to focus beyond transaction support to business partnership and change management.

Under Kate's leadership, Cisco developed a world-class executive education program, a comprehensive employee listening process focused on enhancing the employee experience and an award-winning e-communication model. Utilizing the network, Kate also introduced a creative approach to e-Learning that addresses the needs of the incoming workforce blurs the lines between learning, communications and play.

Before joining Cisco, Kate served as Global Leader Compensation and Executive Programs for GE Capital from 1994 to 2000. At GE Capital she was responsible for design and management of the executive, compensation, and recognition related programs for the company's 130,000 employees and 28+ businesses.

Prior to GE, Kate held other Human Resource leadership roles. At The Associated Group, (now Anthem) she led compensation, benefits and executive development. Kate developed a new compensation and governance model for the Acordia Companies in preparation for an IPO of this subsidiary business on the New York Stock Exchange. At Aetna, Kate held a variety of Human Resources roles and began her career at AEtna as an actuarial consultant in the commercial pension business.

Kate is a member of the Corporate Leadership Council Guru Group. She previously served on the National Advisory Board on Executive Compensation for World at Work and as a member of the ORC/Cowdrick Senior HR Executive Group, the Human Resources Roundtable, and the HR Top 50 Network.

Kate was recently named to HR Executive magazine's "25 Most Powerful Women in HR." She holds the professional designations of Certified Compensation Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Kate graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University with a B.S. degree in Psychology.
