Shawn Quinn





Shawn Quinn is a full time consultant at the Competing Values Company. He specializes in designing and facilitating organizational change processes, with particular emphasis on aligning vision, strategy, culture and technology. Shawn has worked on projects for an array of organizations including American Express, General Electric, Allegro Microsystems, Knight Transportation, Asante Health Systems, the U.S Army, and NYU's College of Dentistry.

Shawn has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. He graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Psychology while simultaneously earning a certificate in Experienced Based Learning and Training from the National Training Labs (NTL). Shawn has co-authored an article; "On Becoming a Transformational Change Agent" and is co-author of a forth-coming book, Creativize: How to Transform Your Business Practices to Make Innovation Happen Everywhere Everyday.
