Mark Jones directed Leadership and Workforce Development at Pfizer Global Research and Development in Ann Arbor. Prior to that, he directed the Leadership & Organization Development for the US Sales and Worldwide Marketing units at The Upjohn Company, as well as organization effectiveness consulting assignments in External Affairs, Manufacturing, and a variety of Upjohn's non-pharmaceutical businesses. Prior to his pharmaceutical industry work, Mark was an operations and large-scale organization change consultant for a wide range of private sector and government organizations.He has held line HR leadership positions in the healthcare, defense, and pharmaceutical industries.

In addition to an MBA from the University of Detroit, Mark was selected to attend the Advanced Management Program for General Management at Harvard Business School and the Master Class in Leadership Education at The Kennedy School. He has received the Pfizer Global R&D Achievement Award and the Performance Leadership Award from The Upjohn Company. Mark serves on the faculty of Eastern Michigan University, and the University of Michigan's Executive Education Center and The Global Institute for Leadership Development.

His current endeavors are focused on innovation, creativity, and developing non-traditional high engagement educational experiences emphasizing every person's potential to contribute as a leader in the organization.
