Daniel R. Foley is President – Executive Business Partners, a Human Resources consulting firm. In 2007, he retired as Vice President of Human Resources at Masco Corporation–a $10 billion diversified family of companies. Previously, he was Vice President and General Counsel for Domino's Pizza, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of the TSM Computing Group. In 1992 Dan also served as transitional Chief Operating Officer of the Detroit Tigers.

Previously, he was Group Vice President-Human Resources of IBP a division of Occidental Petroleum. At IBP, Inc., he was responsible for labor relations, personnel, compensation and benefits, security, medical, risk management, and executive selection. Dan also worked for ITT, having worldwide responsibility as Director-Employee Relations, Environmental Health, and Safety. He also served as Manager, Labor Relations of ITT Worldwide with co-responsibility for 1400 contracts. In his position as manager of labor relations at ITT Canteen Corporation, he was chief spokesman in more than 100 contract negotiations.
