Neil Sendelbach is Adjunct Professor of Executive
Education at the Ross School of Business at the University
of Michigan. He is Co-Faculty Director of and teaches in
the Management of Managers Executive Education program. He
also consults to a variety of companies on management
development and organization change initiatives and
develops custom Executive Education programs.
Dr. Sendelbach was Vice President, Executive Learning at
Personnel Decisions International (PDI) where he had
world-wide responsibility for integrating executive
training resources, tools, and services. He managed the
development and implementation of management and executive
programs for clients. He worked with organizations to plan
effective training and development interventions to support
their strategic initiatives and enhance organizational
effectiveness.
He has over twenty years of experience in various
aspects of education, training, and development, with
emphasis in executive and organizational development for
improved organizational performance. He has experience in
global education, training, and development activities,
including strategic planning, supporting major
organizational change efforts, managing associations and
strategic partnerships, succession planning, and executive
coaching.
Dr. Sendelbach held management positions with Ford Motor
Company, General Instrument Corporation, and United
Technologies. He has international experience managing
global organizations, and served a three-year assignment in
Europe. As Manager of the Ford Executive Development
Center, he had responsibility for the design, development,
and implementation of global programs.
Dr. Sendelbach is a member of the Academy of Management
and the American Psychological Association, and is on the
editorial board of The Academy of Management
Executives.
