Dining at the Executive Residence is more than just a time to enjoy great food in a comfortable environment. It's also an opportunity to get to know your colleagues better. Whether you choose to compare notes or simply socialize, you'll find that dining with other program attendees at the Executive Residence will enhance your entire Executive Education experience.

Our Chef
Chef Michael D. Russell, CMC is an ACF Certified Master Chef who served as Executive Chef for McCormick Place in Chicago and the Motor City Casino in Detroit. He is a six year winner of the Iridescence ~ AAA Four Diamond award, and an eight year winner of the Classics Buffet ~ Best Casino Buffet award. He has served as Executive Chef at some of the biggest regional country clubs since 1983. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with High Honors.

Breakfast, lunch, breaks and select dinners during a program are included when you select the "full fee" program option. Meals are served in the Executive Residence dining room. Our professional culinary staff prepares meals using regionally available and seasonal ingredients. Morning and afternoon hospitality breaks complement breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The lunch and dinner menus always include a selection of poultry, beef, seafood, and vegetarian entrees. Light and heart-smart selections are also always available. Every attempt will be made to accommodate ethnic food preferences, special requests, and/or dietary restrictions (i.e. Kosher, Halal, etc.) brought to our attention.

Staying offsite? We'll still see you for lunch! Even if you're not staying at the Executive Residence--either because you are commuting to the program or staying at a nearby hotel--lunch at the Executive Residence with your fellow program participants is included.
